Last weekend the top drivers of the south Germany meet at the beautiful fast track in TĂĽrkheim, for their 2nd qualification round. Next year the European Championships will bee held at this track, so some extra practise there couldnâ™t be wrong.
Martin Hudy came all the way from Slovakia to join the race, together with Alex Stocker and some Xray drivers from Germany they were a strong team for Xray.

Right from the start we were all happy with the handling of our cars, but even unhappy with the power. Martin had the problem that he has only 3300 batteries and I was unhappy by having a defective ESC. The qualification round for us werenâ™t so lucky with experiencing a lot of traffic and problems with power. That hurts, because our cars could easy handle twice the power, easy and consistent to drive, but we were too slow on the straight. Martin also could have done the fastest qualification, but with his 3300 batteries he dumped last round and lost about 5 seconds. So qualification ended up with Markus Fost on first position followed by Martin and Alex.

In the first final, it was a hard fight between Martin and Markus. Martin could easily drive faster but he was taken out of the track after a colision. The collision between Martin and Markus gave me the chance to take the lead. From that moment I could easy pull away from Markus and win this first Final in front of Markus.
The second finale started the same way as the first one. Martin got of the track which lead him to stop this final run. I struggled with speedo again and had to retire too.
The last final was a five minute battle between Markus, Alex and Martinâ¦surprise. In the end, Markus won the last final with Alex and Martin following in just one second.

1. Markus Fost 2. Alexander Stocker â“ XRAY
3. Robert Klier
Martin normally must have been on the podium, but he had no luck at all in the finals.
Thomas Günsel won with a big style the stock category with his XRAY T1FK´05.
